Why are your prices indicative and not fixed?
Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, integrations, timelines and long-term requirements. Fixed prices would either be misleading or force compromises in quality.
What’s included in the starting price?
Anything beyond that is discussed openly before work begins.
Can the price go lower or higher than the listed ranges?
Smaller, clearly defined projects may fall closer to the lower end, while complex builds, integrations or advanced requirements can increase the scope and budget. We always explain why.
Do I need AI or automation from day one?
AI and automation are optional extensions, not mandatory add-ons. Many clients start without them and add capabilities later, when there’s a clear business reason.
How much does AI integration or automation cost?
Costs depend on data, usage, integrations and goals — not templates. We assess this case by case and recommend AI only when it adds real value.
